My goodness I took my sweet ass time with this, from the time is started as a free sketch to the final inking. It seems I've finally been bitten by a bug of inspiration. I finished inking this yesterday and when I finally got home I decided to put some color to it in photoshop (see scraps). I am -really- proud of how its coming out so far and decided to start advertising in the area for tattoo art and illustrations. I am hoping I'll get a few phone calls...but if it doesn't work, oh well. May as well try. ^^
But now I am done babbling. Its time for an internet break. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Those scales must have taken you forever! I love how you put some scales on the horn and sort of tapered them off on the scales and tale. I like the ink better than the color, personally, there's just so much detail that's easier to see with straight b&w.
